Over a cup of tea... is me, meeting with you, and us, meeting with Jesus. What do you prefer? Coffee, tea, water, with or without lemon, diet soda... whatever your taste buds desire. I prefer tea, or water with lemon, or maybe even a Perrier... but whatever I decide to enjoy, the primary purpose is to connect with you.
God has provided Michelle the opportunity to lead Women’s Ministry and share the Good News in Women’s Bible Studies, Retreats, GriefShare Groups and Women’s Conferences, where she eagerly shares with all people, that in spite of this life on earth, “...all will be well for them” (Isaiah 3:10).
Michelle received her early education through her dad's retired military career attending schools in Greece, Saudi Arabia and a private boarding school in Switzerland. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management-Christian Leadership from Colorado Christian University, as well as a certificate in Biblical Counseling with the American Association of Christian Counselors. Her heart’s passion is to help carry one another’s burdens, and in this way fulfill the law of Christ. (Galatians 6:2)
After 17 years of marriage, Michelle is completely and utterly in love with her king, Preston Dickens. They live in Las Vegas, Nevada with her sister and brother-in-law; helping to take care of and enjoy their wonderful parents. Preston and Michelle are humbled to serve in their home church, Preston in the band and Michelle in the choir and on staff as the LIFE Center Director, a Biblical Counseling/Discipling Ministry, helping others to HEAL from life’s hurts, DISCOVER a relationship in Christ and THRIVE as Jesus followers.

As this conference goes into various cities our goal is to reach women from all walks of life, those that are 'churched' and those that are not. We want you to reach out to your co-workers and neighbors about coming to a ladies day of fun and refreshment. A time to lay your burdens down for a while and celebrate YOU and who you are as a woman of God. You know ladies we 'girls' need each other and this is a time to just 'Be'!
I am a Christian woman navigating these crazy and often demanding times. Like most women, I wear so many hats that I forget which one I'm wearing when. At any moment I may even add a new hat just for fun.
As a pink Cadillac Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics for 18 years, Delinda earned 8 free cars. That is where she honed her skills as she had the privilege to encourage, inspire, and share life experiences with hundreds of women. It was during this time that Delinda began her speaking career and had the opportunity to speak and travel throughout the country. She shares her message of hope, joy and encouragement as she speaks and sings at retreats and conferences. Delinda is a worship leader in her home church in Las Vegas.
She has been married to Bill for 35 years, and they have two children that live in Kansas City. Delinda has faced the usual ups and downs, the highs and lows of life. She will share the tips and lessons she has learned along the way.
